Language Art:
We are still working in our third book of Jolly phonics. Alhamdullelah we covered the following letters: g, o, u, l, f and b. The range of fun activities at the end of this book include: colouring, handwriting practice, puzzles, craft activities, word & picture matching and flash cards. These activities will help the children reinforce their letter sound skills.
Social Skills:
We are working really hard on our social skills!
we’re becoming exceptionally good at sharing toys, smiling at each
other, and apologizing to each other if we hurt each other’s feelings.
Please ask your child about these manners that we are learning in our Sk1
class, talk about it and try to apply the same concepts we are learning at the
comfort of their home.

We read the following stories: I am kind, I will share, I

Fire Drill:
Sk1 are learning what to do in case there is a fire. Stop, Drop and roll!
We read the story: Arther’s fire drill.
Math:
We are learning how to write numbers in words.
We covered the last two numbers: nine and tenCurrently we are also learning more about patterns: AA, BB, AA, etc
Science:
MashaAllah Sk1 finished many worksheets about it.

We are still working in our unit about Tawheed.
We read many stories related to this unit.Sk1 are having so much fun singing Allah the creator nasheed.
